Congratulations to the Linganore High School Lancers Football Team – 2009 Maryland 3A Champions!

Saturday, December 5th, Linganore defeated Huntingtown to win the Maryland 3A State Championship. The Linganore football team has been working with True Athlete Performance for the past 2 off-seasons to improve speed, agility, quickness, and explosive power. Their hard work has certainly paid off, as Linganore defeated their opponents throughout the season by an average of almost 30 points, and 15 players were voted First Team All-Conference!
Congratulations Linganore – we look forward to seeing you back in training January 2010!
