NICK TZAMARIAS, NASM-CPT

Nick joined the True AP team in August 2017, and currently serves as Site Director for our Purcellville, Virginia location. As a young athlete, Nick loved participating in football and soccer, spending a lot of his free time on a sports field. He attended Old Dominion University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

While in school, Nick saw what was possible through great nutrition and proper exercise, and was inspired to instill that knowledge in other athletes. He earned his credentials as a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) in order to pass that along to other athletes.

When Nick is not working with our athletes, he enjoys working on his own personal fitness goals and playing video games.
