Youth Training
Coming 2/27
This program focuses on developing and expanding a young athlete’s fundamental movement skills. This establishes a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation. Drills, movement exploration, and competitive games are all used to develop movement skills. They will also learn about resistance training and begin developing their strength and physical resiliency. Bodyweight training, gymnastics foundations, resistance bands, and light implements are used to teach them the fundamentals of strength. A 60-minute class consists of: Warm-up, Movement Training, Strength Training, Fitness Game.

Middle School Group
Build a great athletic foundation for years to come. This program involves more athletic movement emphasizing power, speed, and strength using age-appropriate weightlifting. The program will cover speed, agility, and quickness training as well as intermediate plyometric and injury reduction training. This program also includes age-appropriate resistance training.
High School Elite
Take your athletic training to the next level with more advanced methods. In this program you’ll be emphasizing power, speed, and strength using age-appropriate weightlifting. This program also covers advanced speed, agility, quickness, and strength straining as well as advanced plyometric and injury reduction training.
Adult Training
Give yourself an excellent physical challenge with our unique bootcamp classes. Whether you work out regularly or if you’ve never made personal fitness a priority in your life, you’ll see noticeable results. In each class there is a blend of strength, conditioning, and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
