During the long basketball season, injuries and fatigue can affect a player’s performance. To help prevent this from occurring, research recommends incorporating an in-season program of deceleration training, low level plyometrics and strength exercises into basketball players’ schedules.
Our in-season basketball strength training & recovery program aims to provide these tools for players so they can continue to thrive on the court.
