  • Performance Coach

Ian Briddell, a native of Woodbridge, Virginia, is driven by a lifelong passion for athletics and a commitment to sports performance coaching.

Ian graduated from Woodbridge Senior High School and continued his education at Old Dominion University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. His dedication to baseball spanned 15 years, including earning two varsity letters during high school for his standout performance on the field.

In the summer of 2024, Ian joined TrueAP as an intern, seeking to gain firsthand experience from the coaching perspective after years as an athlete. His decision to join TrueAP was fueled by a desire to deepen his understanding of sports performance and to help athletes achieve their goals, a drive ignited by witnessing the progress and improvements athletes make over a few months of dedicated training.

Ian’s specialization in baseball training distinguishes him from other coaches. His extensive experience with sport-specific performance training as an athlete enables him to provide targeted coaching that enhances players’ skills and overall performance.

Outside of coaching, Ian enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, riding 4-wheelers, and playing various sports.
