RAPHAEL WILLIAMS

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Raphael Williams graduated from Bloom Township High School in Chicago Heights. He attended Trinity International University and completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Sterling College in Kansas.

Raphael was involved in dance, soccer, football, basketball, and track during his childhood. In high school, he played football, basketball, and ran track. In college, he played football and basketball, earning All-Conference honors and maintaining the highest GPA on the football team.

Raphael joined TrueAP recently, attracted by the organization’s values and family-oriented environment. After a career-ending shoulder injury in college, Raphael dedicated himself to helping athletes grow physically and mentally. He finds joy in mentoring and guiding athletes through their challenges.

Raphael excels in speed, agility, weight, strength, power training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He specializes in football and values building strong relationships with his clients. He holds certifications in Functional Movement Systems and Precision Nutrition, and is currently studying for his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification.

Outside of work, Raphael enjoys family activities like singing, dancing, and sports. He and his seven siblings aspire to create a community center for mentorship, sports performance, and creative arts. Raphael believes in finishing strong and servant leadership, fostering growth through integrity, tenacity, and collaboration.
