Our individual and semi-private training programs offer more customized, advanced training specific to your athlete’s unique needs.
Individual Training (1on1):
Our trainers provide fully customized programs to match the specific needs and goals of individuals who need special attention. This program is best suited for clients coming off physical therapy, special needs children, or individuals with specific goals and scheduling needs that don’t fit directly into what we do in our larger group-based offerings.
Semi-Private Training (up to 4 athletes):
Does your athlete have a few teammates or friends that would like Performance Training? Semi-Private training is the sweet spot between group and individual training because it offers a flexible schedule, customized programming, and a motivating environment.
Both Individual and Semi-Private Training options are appointment based providing some flexibility around your busy schedules.
