What motivated you to start training at TrueAP?
I was motivated by how much the trainers were able to push me outside my comfort zone and help me build confidence.
What results have you seen since?
I found that the True AP training style pushed me physically while also improving my technique, speed, and strength.
What specific aspect of our program do you like most?
I like how it brings out my competitive side and I can see myself improving week by week. You get a full body workout every time you go. The trainers give you feedback/corrections individually. Each session is different, but it all builds up to an end goal.
Why would you recommend other athletes train with TrueAP?
I would recommend TrueAP to other athletes because it has improved my game and pushed me to a new level that I could never have achieved on my own.
Is there anything else you’d like to add about your experience with us?
The TrueAP trainers have helped me become the athlete I am today and I couldn’t have gotten this far without them.
